After 6 amazing years in gorgeous Southern California, I settled down in New England. But before that happened, I checked an item off my bucket list... “Thru-hike” the Appalachian Trail. That is, hike the entire 2,179-mile A.T. from Georgia to Maine in one year. I set up this blog so you kids can share in the experience and I can lock in the memories. Congratulations Nate, I never doubted that you would make it, I don't think anyone did. Glad you sold out to the man, you looked like a young Castro with that beard and cigar. Looking forward to your victory party next month.
