The good progress yesterday allowed us to take today easy and cruise
leisurely through the country roads of Georgia.
The weather was blue skies with a few clouds and traffic was great. A
stop at a BBQ joint in Homerville, GA... yes... Homerville, was good
comfort eats for lunch.
We arrived in Bluffton a day earlier than planned and had a great
dinner and some ballet entertainment from Katie over at granny and
grampys house.
The break is much needed and will be thoroughly enjoyed. Looking
forward to mom's arrival and picking up a brisket for our meal
Saturday. Can't wait.
Catching up on your blog...wow, this makes me miss living in South Carolina!!! Waffle House was one of the highlights! ~Rene' :)
