Trudged in 8" of snow today over 9 miles just to reach 0.2 miles of
AT! Ha. Met some other good guys thru hiking as well. In for a bitter
cold night, but have very warm gear. Having a blast so far. -N8dog
After 6 amazing years in gorgeous Southern California, I settled down in New England. But before that happened, I checked an item off my bucket list... “Thru-hike” the Appalachian Trail. That is, hike the entire 2,179-mile A.T. from Georgia to Maine in one year. I set up this blog so you kids can share in the experience and I can lock in the memories.
